HOW TO USE THIS SITE:
Our site is easy to use and operates like any other store website.  Following are simple instructions.  To navigate and browse the site click on the various links on the left margin of the screen (HOME, HANDBAGS, EVENING/CLUTCHES, BABY BAGS, etc.)   Click on the specific item that you are interested in purchasing. To enlarge pictures, simply click on the picture.  For each item, choose the Color, Delivery (if applicable), and then click ADD TO ORDER.  You may update the quantity for each item later in the Shopping Cart.  Click on SHOPPING CART (on the left margin) when you have finished selecting items for your order.  Update your quantities, and review your order in the Shopping Cart.  Then click CHECK OUT to process your order.  During the check out process you will be prompted for shipping information, how you heard about us, desired delivery, etc.  You will be asked for billing information, email address and final comments.  If you have any other questions on how to use the site email us at lmadrigano@aol.com

MINIMUMS:
There is no minimum order. Wholesalers please supply your tax ID via email to lmadrigano@aol.com.

SHIPPING:
Immediate merchandise:
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery on all in stock one of a kind items.
When you place an order, at the end during Check Out, you will be prompted for desired delivery dates and will have a space for comments and special instructions.  We use UPS for our shipments. Shipping charges will be added during the last step of the Check Out process.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
Returns in unused condition are accepted within 7 business days of order receipt.

MADE to ORDER:
If you are interested in having Laura Madrigano design a made to order bag for you please email us at lmadrigano@aol.com. Made to orders take 4-6 weeks and digital photos of your dress/outfit can be submitted via jpeg.
